About the Role
The European Defense Tech Hub (EDTH) is looking for a freelance designer to help us create high-quality visual assets for hackathons, conferences, meetups, and other initiatives across Europe.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong design skills with speed, reliability, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Design event banners and update them as sponsors, speakers, and partners are added
- Create flyers, posters, social media graphics, presentations, and other marketing assets
- Adapt designs across different formats and channels
- Maintain visual consistency across the EDTH brand
Bonus:
- UI/UX design for software products, internal tools, and community platforms
Requirements
- Strong graphic design portfolio
- Excellent English
- Ability to work quickly and independently
- Fast response times and reliable communication
- Ability to update and deliver designs within 24 hours (ideally within a few hours for urgent requests)
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with sponsor logos, branding guidelines, and event information
Nice to Have:
- Additional European languages
- Understanding of different cultural contexts across Europe, including Ukraine and other international markets
